Album Info
The band Cold Karma Circus consists of three young musicians from Steinfurt (near Münster, Germany). In January 2011, they found their final line-up in Alexander "Alex" Limbrock (Drums), Matthias "Maddze" Lindt (Guitar, Backings) and Samantha "Sam" Jones (Vocals, Bass) after a few changes. Their band- and stage experiences from previous projects helped them to find a conjoint musical style. They do not want to decide on a specific genre, but the umbrella term 'Rock' combines each of their partial very different musical influences which were recorded on their first EP 'Breathe Hard'. The CD was published in October 2011 and contains six own songs which are mostly fast, but you can also find calmer tunes on it. The lyrics mainly deal with self-discovery. Since the recordings for the EP are done, the three concentrate on songwriting again. For the future they resolved to play many concerts and introduce their music to a preferably big audience.gogoyoko recommends:
