You cannot help but make comparisons due to the professionalism of this album. The tracks are well-layered and are uplifting.

Often sounds like Late Night Alumni with Roisin Murphy vocals.

Great album but think there is more to come.

Review from my music blog lpdevotee.tumblr.com

Etten are a very talented group of musicians hailing from Greece. If Imogen Heap and Bjork got together for a specific type of yoga party, this music would definitely be the result. However, this is one of the most eclectic albums I’ve come across this year. It incorporates a club-like atmosphere. Which also happens to blend otherworldly textures and eerie vocals, along with an indie pop ambience. The first half of the album is very upbeat and “Dance Club” worthy, the second half contradicts the first. I find variety within a single album to be something to aspire to.

I wouldn’t classify this album into any one genre. I believe that it has it’s own communicative musical life force driving itself, to the forefront of the universe.

This is by far one of the best albums i've heard since Morcheeba's album "Big Calm". Great work!
