Dreamy pop full of smart harmonies, tasteful light percussion, and beautifully constructed instrumentation...with melodies memorable enough to supplant a decade of Scandinavian-basement indie-pop. The lyrics are an English poet's pleasure: clever and circumspect, if somewhat cryptic. This album is a beautiful thirty minutes of reverberating silver, perfect for a long drive through the night fog or a quiet Sunday snowstorm.
