INFORMATION GOGOYOKO MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

USER'S ACCOUNTS

After registering on gogoyoko’s website you can start using the Products and Services available on the website and creating your own account.

The information you register on your account, as well as your name, e-mail address and photo, are displayed to others in order to facilitate user-interaction in gogoyoko’s social networking community.

Please note that you post information on your account at your own risk. By posting information on your account the information can be accessed by the public, who may for example use it to send you unsolicited communications.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that gogoyoko does not own or control, or people that gogoyoko does not employ or manage.

gogoyoko’s website may contain links to other websites. gogoyoko is in no event responsible for the privacy practices of those websites as this Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by gogoyoko.

Advertisements that appear on gogoyoko are sometimes delivered directly to users by third party advertisers. Those advertisers may use cookies that allow them to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. This Privacy Policy however only applies to cookies used by gogoyoko and it does not cover the use of cookies or other tracking technologies used by any advertisers.

gogoyoko takes appropriate precautions to protect collected personal information against unlawful destruction, against accidental loss or alteration and against unauthorised access.

All personal information is stored in a secure database. gogoyoko’s member accounts are also secured by created passwords and users are urged to take precautions to protect their personal information on their account by changing passwords often using a combination of letters and numbers and using a secure web browser.

Although gogoyoko will do its best to protect your personal data, gogoyoko cannot guarantee the security of your data and disclaims all liability in this regard.

DISPUTES

This Privacy Policy shall be subject to the Laws of Iceland.

In the event of any dispute of any nature that may arise between you and gogoyoko, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Reykjavík.
