Label:
Curling Legs
The seventies and the eighties were, for European jazz in
general and Norwegian jazz in particular, a period characterised by prosperity and inventiveness.
A new Nordic dialect of jazz was developed, with the Norwegian jazz elite as central participants. During the last years, however, a new generation of imp rovising musicians have appeared on our music - scene. With the same will to find their own style.
Curling Legs wants to release the best of this music, without compromising neither the audiotechnical nor graphic side of our covered artists.
Curling Legs is owned by Knut Værnes, Morten Halle and Helge Westbye.
